Painting

To be honest, I got the idea from a shirt I saw hanging outside a clothing store on display, on the shirt, it was simply printed, live, learn, hope in vertical order. I didn’t copied it completely, I added the ''to's'' and the "Live" in the end. I also created the neon, abstract background by my own mind And, I forgot to mention, I created this piece on a piece of PVC board, using sap green, lemon yellow, cerulean blue, and cerulean orange acrylic paints for the back ground, and in the last wrote the words with a black felt tipped marker, because writing with paints is a disaster for me.

Paintings

These are two paintings in my bedroom. For the first one, I painted a 10x12 canvas in cerulean blue acrylic colour, then mixing in a bit of white, I made the path, made the buildings with phtalo blue , and painted the lights with the help of a pallet knife, and finally painted the lamp post, and the man in the end The second one was actually a sketch I made at F-9 park of bamboo, on my front, were the bamboo, while on my back, was a bridge, though, I only captured the bamboo in the sketch, but when I decided to paint them, I also included the bridge.  It doesn't looks as nice as I thought, because of the bamboo on the left, I painted them a bit thicker than I meant to, but I'll have to get along with it, after all, we all learn through our mistakes, and I'm sure that this painting was also a learning experience for me. This is the sketch I made in my diary at F-9 park, in my opinion, it looks far better than the painting, doesn’t it?

Painting

This is a diagonal painting I made on a 12x12 canvas. It was actually a spoiled canvas, my brother painted the entire canvas in phtalo blue oil paint, and then painted a few stars, and a moon with white oil paint, he meant to complete it some time again but one day, instead of completing it himself, he handed it to me to complete it. At first, I thought of covering it with white spray paint, and then painting a whole new painting, but then I thought of all the oil paint on the canvas, and I changed my mind to make something out of this. The base was already made, so I just added the buildings, and their reflection, the moon in the reflection was painted by my brother, so I didn't had to bother for it too. So I completed this painting in nearly half an hour, (but it took a lot of time to dry, because I had used oil paints in it). And, half of the credit for this painting goes to my brother, since he painted the base, moon, and stars for me.

Paintings

These are a couple of my paintings I hanged in my bedroom. The first one, I painted on a 10x10 canvas, using black, and green water colours, and a silver paint marker.  First, I painted a random black diamond on the canvas, then painted the inside with green water colour, and then stroked it with a toothbrush for a free style look. In the end, I wrote Eleanor Roosevelt's quote "You can often change your circumstances by changing your attitude" using a silver paint marker. The second one, I painted on a 8x8 canvas, using ivory black, lemon yellow, cerulean blue, cerulean orange, phtalo green, burnt umber, raw umber, Chinese white, and crimson red acrylic colours. In the beginning, I drew a line on the bottom quarter of the canvas, to divide it up between table cloth, and the back ground, then, drew check design using s regular pencil, and a scale, then painted them in using crimson red acrylic colour, (didn't bothered for the white, since the canvas was already white)...

Sketching

Image
This is a sketch of a parrot I made following steps from an animal sketch guide book. First, I drew circles for the head, and feathers. Then, using a regular pencil, I traced feathers, and beak, erased the circles, and added details, and in the end, traced it once again with sketch pencil 8B.

Embroidery

Image
I made this embroidery of geometrical shapes on a canvas using red, and green sewing thread. To be honest, I didn't followed any rules, and steps for embroidery to create this piece. Firstly, I didn't made it on  an embroidery cloth, secondly, I did random horizontal, vertical, and diagonal stitching, and thirdly, I didn't even used embroidery thread! To make this piece, I first drew shapes on canvas using a scale, and a regular pencil. Then I simply filled them in by stitching with red, and green stitching thread. And oh, I forgot to thank my neighbour for lending me her red thread, because I didn't had any such shades except for, green, white, and black, not a good contrast, is it?

Painting

I actually got this idea from a friend's watsapp profile picture. Unlike other paintings, I did it on a piece of wood, using green, and yellow acrylic paints, and black permanent marker. First, I painted the back ground with sap green acrylic colour, then wrote the letters, and traced a circle for smiley face using black permanent marker, painted the circle with lemon yellow acrylic colour, and made the eyes, and smile for the final touch. :)
